After a long and tiring week of work experience at the White Lodge Residential home.

I have been ORDERED TO STAND DOWN from the work placement under authority of my College after the White lodge matron criticized about my work on DISH CLEANING cause i cant handle or take care over clients without a "Criminal Records Beuro" (CRB) Form!

The college claimed to given me the form but i thought i lost it but i got it mistaken for another form but still remains missing as well as work placement identification form(the paper i got the CRB form mixed up with).

that means £37 i have wasted on having a form done and it could be anywhere from the Criminal Beuro at Portsmouth to my house to White Lodge.

After the Matron Criticized me on my cleaning abilities when only having 3 days of training called my college and complained which lead to my removal of the care home.

This "argument" between me and the matron has lead me also to having my placement in college endangered!

said to the matron to stop criticizing me and she asked well you don't have the positive frame of mind and i asked back would you rather have me go home and she replied Don't put words in my mouth and i said back that i was only asking her opinion!


I DID NOT SWEAR to anybody and did not raise my voice let alone disobey the matron's orders!
Now i can lose my college placement over nothing more then not cleaning dishes properly!

this makes me and my dad think theres something to hide that the matron set me up or the college did as i DO NOT have the CRB form and i did NOTHING wrong within White Lodge or disobeyed any orders given!


Now its up to me and Fate to try defend my placement in my college!
